Confined Space Training

Confined spaces can present serious hazards, including toxic atmospheres, oxygen deficiencies, engulfment risks, and other dangerous conditions. To help employers prepare workers for these challenges, Mastery has added two new online training courses designed to help employees work safely in and around confined spaces:

Confined Space Entry: Preparing for Entry

This course explains permit-required confined spaces, common confined space hazards, entry permits, and the key elements of a permit-required confined space program.

Confined Space Entry: Entering the Space

This course covers atmospheric testing, safe entry procedures, the responsibilities of supervisors, attendants, and entrants, and when workers should evacuate a confined space.

Together, these courses provide practical guidance on preparing for and conducting confined space entries safely. Employees learn how to recognize hazards, follow required procedures, and understand their role in helping prevent injuries and fatalities associated with confined space work.
