Sexual harassment can be devastating to the employees who are its victims, and the companies they work for as well. To help prevent and control sexual harassment in a workplace, employees need to be able recognize harassing behavior and know how to avoid it. They also need to know what to do if they feel that they or a coworker is a victim of sexual harassment. This course discusses the nature of sexual harassment, especially in a workplace setting. It then demonstrates offensive behavior, explains the role of a company policy and appropriate conduct, how to handle it if someone oversteps a boundary, and how to report incidents of sexual harassment.
