The course explores the hazards of stored potential energy, demonstrating how it can be a problem in places you don’t always think about. The course addresses potential hazards existing in a variety of workplace settings, and then aims to help the trainee become more observant of these hazards. The course covers stored energy as found in receiving departments, rail cars, bulk storage areas, warehouses, maintenance areas, and around the home. Use this course in order to facilitate a safe working environment and help employees recognize stored energy and avoid any potential accidents.
