One out of every five workplace fatalities in the U.S. is due to a caught-in/between accident in the construction industry. This common type of accident is preventable by recognizing the hazardous situations likely to cause them and utilizing safe work practices. This online video training educates viewers about caught-in/between hazards at construction sites and the safe work practices to prevent them. Viewers learn about the different types of caught-in/between hazards. This video training explores the categories of caught-in/between hazards as defined by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This course also demonstrates how to work safely in trenches, on scaffolding, with heavy equipment, and with powered tools and machinery.
