Training for Sexual Harassment Prevention In Chicago

The City of Chicago requires all employees to complete sexual harassment training every year. This month we released a new training course to help meet that requirement by providing 1-hour of training for employees while also creating a safer, more respectful workplace for everyone.

The training gives employees and managers from all industries the tools they need to recognize and deal with harassment. It covers federal and state harassment law and prevention, rules about retaliation, gender identity harassment, pregnancy harassment, electronic harassment, and filing harassment complaints in Chicago.

As a reminder, we also have training for Chicago on bystander intervention, as well as the state of Illinois harassment prevention for employees and managers.
