Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion
Having diversity, inclusion, and equity operate in tandem is critical for an organization to succeed long-term. A diverse, inclusive, and equitable organization attracts better talent, fosters loyalty, and has a better bottom line. Learn to create such an organization through this training lesson.
This module goes through each term (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and defines them, explaining the nuances of how they should play out within an organization. For example, diversity is a result, you’ve been invited to the party. Continuing, inclusion is another result, once you got to that party, you’ve been invited to dance. It means that people with different backgrounds and identities feel valued and are given opportunities to grow. This course provides insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion, including how an organization may be mastering one of these three but not the others. The course concludes with advice on how to improve each area.
