Understanding The Cultural Differences (US-India)

Having awareness about the cultural differences of your co-workers is critical to team success. Next, the course explains more about the work culture differences. For example, Indian workers communicate and handle conflicts differently than U.S. workers. Lastly, this training covers how to help improve cross-cultural communication and coordination by improving communication styles, the hierarchical culture, and conflict resolution methods.

When trying to understand the differences between India and the U.S., it can be easy to make some broad generalizations about the two cultures.
