This video training explains what a PowerPoint template is, where to find them, how to apply them and how to customize them to create visually appealing presentations. The video training also explains how to create a presentation from a Word document, a little-known feature of PowerPoint that can save users a lot of time and effort. Adding and editing text, creating and formatting text boxes and copying and pasting text is also detailed. The various options for slide layouts, what the layouts contain and how to use layouts are addressed.
What PowerPoint themes are, how to preview them, modify them and customize them is presented in-depth to help users understand how much control they have over ready-made themes and how easily one can be customized for a unique appearance. This training video provides an excellent overview of manipulating the look and content of a PowerPoint presentation.
