Microsoft Office 365: Sway

Microsoft Office 365 offers an alternative to PowerPoint files. Sway is a presentation program for users to create a web presentation, which can be shared through a link. This online training course shows how to create a Sway.

Viewers are shown how a Sway storyline is organized by Cards. This course demonstrates how to add Cards, and then use elements to add text, images, maps, charts, tweets, and videos into the storyline. The program offers a variety of design templates and customization options, enabling one to modify the way it looks. Sway’s preview feature allows users to view the presentation while it is being created.
