Using OneNote, you can create, store, and share notes to use for yourself, or to share with other team members. This program is integrated into other Office 365 applications and is accessible from all devices, including PCs, tablets, and smartphones. This course demonstrates the basic uses of OneNote.
This course demonstrates how to create a new notebook, which leads you to creating a new page with notes. It is easy to format your text, and you can also search the internet for pictures to insert into your page as well. In addition, you can turn your notes into a to-do list by adding checkboxes next to each line. There are several other key functions to OneNote explained in this course, including sharing notes that you create and searching your notes with the search function.
Any notes and sections you create on your PC or tablet are accessible when you are on the go via the OneNote app. OneNote allows you to create and store many different kinds of information, including lists, drawings, screenshots, pictures, and text, all on the same page. Learn the first steps on how to use this application through the information presented in this video training.
