Creating a Mindset for Change (Leaders) Part 1: Changing Your Mindset

Employees who possess the skill to maintain a positive mindset, even when faced with challenges, are more innovative, creative and adaptive to change.

Creating a mindset for change is a leadership process that moves individuals from being unconscious and reactionary to being creative and intentional. This is the shift in mindset that is needed for people to focus on positive outcomes in this disruptive environment. So, creating awareness and talking about it is an important first step in creating transformation.

This is the first in the six-part “Creating a Mindset for Change” package. All six parts are intended to be taken in sequence with a spaced learning approach. The idea is to take one part of the six-part program each week or every other week, allow for a period of time to pass, and then consider the concept again in a different way by taking the next part.

While beginning at the leadership level, the fundamentals taught in these videos are meant to spread throughout your organization - leaders take the program and then disseminate it to their team members, all with the intent of creating a culture of embracing change within the organization.
