This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Identify a number of potential solutions for the same problem.

This action is made for managers and is designed to facilitate great problem solving. As a manager, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to identify a number of potential solutions for the same problem. When faced with a problem you must solve, identify the best solution and a back-up solution for the situation.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 1 to 2 hours.
