Sexual Harassment Prevention For Non-Supervisors In California 1-Hour Course: Part 2
50% of employees have either witnessed or been a victim of bullying in the workplace. In compliance with Amendment AB2053, part two of this two-part course on sexual harassment focuses on workplace bullying, which is illegal according to California state regulations.
Beginning with an overview of the facts regarding workplace bullying, this course presents actual examples of the behaviors and behavioral patterns that meet the definition of abusive conduct under California law. With explanations of LGBT rights, hostile environment harassment, and supervisor harassment or discrimination, employees learn how to recognize workplace bullying, how to respond to it, and how to stop it.
Present this course so all employees are aware of what constitutes abusive conduct, how to avoid and prevent workplace bullying, harassment, and discrimination and the devastating impact these behaviors have on a company’s creativity, productivity, and morale. This is the second part of a two-part course; both parts must be completed in order to comply with California state training requirements.
