Overview

Building A Culture of Respect: Act Ethically

This is one of eight programs on creating a respectful workplace. This training course covers ethics, the moral map we use to help guide us through our lives. There are certain fundamental standards we should all agree on: fairness, honesty, integrity, and respect. These values are necessary for individuals to work together in an environment that is both respectful and productive. This training video explores the four standards to create an ethical workplace.

This Building A Culture of Respect: Act Ethically microlearning course provides a narrative example of how people can apply fairness, honesty, integrity, and respect to common workplace conflicts. The course shows employees how to apply ethical principles to their daily interactions with others.

There are seven other parts in this series, all of which help you build a culture of respect at work. While we may not always agree on everything with our coworkers, treating everyone fairly, courteously, and exuding integrity and honesty, is something we should agree upon. Take the materials presented in this lesson and create a more respectful, ethical, and productive work environment.
