Microsoft Office 2010 and Windows 7: What's New in Office 2010?
This video demonstrates the functions and features of Office 2010. Many of the common features found in older Office versions are still available, but 2010 has functions to make it easier to create and connect documents. Once users view this video they will find navigating Office 2010 simple. Each new function such as the Live Preview and how to use the Help Tool online are demonstrated in straightforward steps.
For demonstration purposes Microsoft Word is used to highlight these features, but each of the functions illustrated in this video can be used in programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. The Theme feature is beneficial to those who use multiple programs at the same time. This feature lets users create a common theme among each program. For example, if you have certain graphics you want displayed in Word and Excel at the same time, with a few clicks users can have a common theme in each program.
Use this online training video to understand the features Microsoft 2010 has to offer compared to older versions of the software.
