Leading Early Talent: Creating a Next Generation Culture

Summing up an organization’s culture in a sentence or two is impossible. Culture is something that must be observed and felt over time. This extensive leadership training is aimed at assisting managers, supervisors, and other mid and senior-level staff to help lead an organization’s early talent to success within its culture.

It is an involved process, and new talent require nurturing to be able to grow professionally as employees of your organization. This course covers the importance of coaching and two-way mentoring, how to start, understanding the big picture, communication tactics, and many other important topics. Creating a culture that encourages creativity and innovation may seem overwhelming, but this course provides the insight and tools to get you started.
