Electrocution Hazards in Construction Environments Part II: Employer Requirements
According to the Electrical Safety Foundation International (ESFI), there were 160 electrical fatalities in 2018, an 18% increase over the previous year and the highest number of fatalities since 2011. Electricity requires safety to be of the utmost importance at the job site and great care must be exercised in planning, implementation, and all throughout the phases of any construction project.
