Retail Face To Face Sales
If a salesperson is good at their job, then the business is also seen as good in the eyes of the customer. Keeping this in mind is important for the success of face-to-face sales. This training module takes trainees through the process of in-person sales by covering these four points: why it’s important to look and act professionally, how to acknowledge and greet customers, selling to customers, and helping customers stay informed.
Trainees are encouraged to draw from their own experiences as customers and think about their best and worst sales interactions. This module uses discussion questions to help guide discussion amongst the trainees. This course discusses the importance of knowing your products, active listening, offering important information to your customers, and tips for completing the sale.
