High Performing Teams
Teams are composed of unique individuals, who all communicate and work in their own ways. For this reason, as this course shows, it is not suitable or effective for a leader to have just one type of behavior or style of leadership.
By first teaching the meaning and purpose of Situational Leadership, this course gives leaders the basis for understanding the two types of leadership behavior (Supportive and Directive), and the four Team stages necessary for a team to grow (Forming Stage, Storming Stage, Norming Stage, and Performing Stage). Leaders then learn how, when, and why to adapt their leadership behaviors and styles as they move their teams through each stage toward their goals.
Present this course to help your leaders embrace Situational Leadership, understand the two different leadership behaviors, and know how they relate to the styles and stages of high-performance leadership.
