Employee Engagement
Recent Gallup studies have shown only 13% of employees are actively engaged at work. Engaged employees have positive attitudes, behaviors, and outcomes. If employees are not engaged at your organization, an employee engagement plan helps your employees stay committed to workplace goals and values. Use this training course to review what is involved in keeping your team engaged.
This online course begins by defining employee engagement. Then, it reviews the engagement drivers and Maslow’s theory of employee engagement, based on the hierarchy of needs. Finally, goals and metrics are discussed and how employee engagement can be boosted by employees setting and reviewing their own goals.
As a manager, it is important to ensure employees understand the organization’s values and their contribution to these values. Use this training to teach your managers how to create an environment that engages employees and keeps them contributing to the organization’s values and goals.
