People are generally capable of doing far more than managers and team leaders initially imagine. Yet, many employees are not given the opportunities to demonstrate their additional capabilities because their team leaders or managers are not skillful at delegation.

By showing leaders how delegation is a two-way process, this course spotlights why most leaders and managers are hesitant to delegate and ineffective at managing the delegation process.
