Bullying, Abusive Conduct, and Their Consequences
When we think or hear about bullying, we usually think of children in the schoolyard. However, bullying can and does happen to adults. At least half of all adult employees have reported experiencing some type of bullying at work. This course examines bullying and its effect on individuals and the organization, as well as the legal methods of dealing with this serious problem.
