Fall Hazards: Construction’s Fatal Four
OSHA has identified falls as one of the four most common causes of injuries and fatalities in construction. In fact, over 5,000 workers are killed and over 150,000 are injured every year. This video training course educates viewers about the risks of falls in a construction workplace and what safe work practices to employ to avoid accidents and injuries.
The Fall Hazards: Construction’s Fatal Four course starts by demonstrating the different fall hazards, including roofs, unprotected edges, holes, and openings; scaffolding, and portable ladders. This training then explores the types of fall protection equipment that should be used when working at heights. This video educates viewers about the proper way to use ladders to reduce accidents.
