Leadership Capsules: The Leader as Mentor

Learning from the experience of others and having a sounding board, role model and ally is beneficial to anyone in an organization. This video training explores the mentor-mentee relationship. It discusses the characteristics of a good mentor, the role of the mentor, and the rewards a mentor reaps.
